Student exchanges are always based on agreements between institutions. If you are interested in studying as an exchange student at PskovSU, please first contact the international coordinator of your home institution to find out more about student exchanges. The student exchange programme is made available to students from SPbU partner universities who intend to spend 1 or 2 semesters in SPbU, and tuition fees are set under bilateral cooperation agreements. Information about students who are not from SPbU partner universities can be found in the Freemover (Visiting) Students Programme section at the end of this page. Please see the PDF below for detailed information on how to complete your learning agreement before submitting it. Please note that you will only be able to make a final choice for courses and complete your final learning agreement once the lesson plans have been updated. The first semester course programmes will be published in July. The course curricula for the second semester will be published in December. Students can choose courses from different faculties of the PskovSU, but the majority of them should be selected from the faculty contained in the bilateral agreement between PskovSU and the home university. If the student has any questions about the choice of courses, he can contact the academic coordinator of the PskovSU. Learning Agreement is an individual study programme developed for the exchange student and accepted by issuing and receiving institutions.
As an exchange student, you must complete an ECTS learning agreement when you apply. The importance of this preliminary program is to inform our departments of the courses you wish to take at PskovSU. When you arrive in Pskow, you must, if necessary, create an updated ECTS learning agreement, signed by our academic and institutional coordinators. The selection is confirmed at the beginning of the exchange. 3. Curriculum*: pdf, doc. (please call “plan_surname_name”) The SPbU Academic Offer is available here ifea.spbu.ru/en/academic-offer If you already have a learning agreement from your home university, you can submit it instead of the study programme. The plan does not need to be signed at the time of application.. . .
