Myba Central Listing Agreement

Before registering, central agents should ensure that they do not list yachts of other central agents on their website or any other website under which they operate without their permission. If this is the case and the myba Charter Show Panel is notified, even after their registration has been accepted and paid for, access to the show will be denied to these central agents. When using myBA`s electronic charter agreement, users are required to ensure that, in all transactions, only current MYBA charter contracts with a single serial number are used on pages 1-2. Computer-generated photocopies or copies should not be accepted as they may contain changes and/or errors that may not be immediately recognizable. At YACHTS INVEST, it is not up to the seller or the buyer to regularize all the formalities and legality himself after we have agreed to the terms of sale and purchase. A broker activity involves marketing the seller`s boat, which includes arreasing visits, negotiating terms of sale, processing paperwork and obtaining an agreement to distribute the sale price. A broker may also conduct property and financial account checks, provide documents supporting the vessel`s VAT status and, after receiving proof of classification, buildings and other rules. For this work, the broker usually charges the seller (and sometimes the buyer) an agreed commission, usually 10% of the gross selling price of MYBA members. Anyone using the myba Charter Agreement electronic form agrees to comply with the current terms of use, changed from time to time.
